Every one of us has different triggers that cause us to slip into bad habits, unhealthy circumstances, poor routines, and negative effective situations. Educate yourself about yourself with the triggers that negatively affect you in every one of the categories of health, then become better familiar with yourself to know what to do about those triggers.
