Positive Self-Talk~ 10/15/17  

A positive affecting affirmation to help yourself:  

"I am supporting and attending more of those events and places that I allow to positively affect my thoughts, my behavior, and my attitude. I am supporting the awesome version of myself, and the good vibes that come with that version of myself for positive changes. I am supporting and attending to those interactions and relationships that naturally feel welcoming and enjoyable."
